JAMT has graciously extended an invitation for IFBLS to hold the Council Meeting in Japan and we are pleased to announce that we will combine the Council meetings with the Annual Chief Delegates meeting.  This will give us all a great opportunity to visit Japan.

IFBLS is a membership organisation and it is imperative our members attend these meetings.  We look forward to welcoming you in Tokyo, Japan this fall.

Some of the topics to be discussed at these meetings are:

Ethical Guidelines      
 a Policy Document on POCT
International Recommendations for numbers of BLS vs. population  
Scientific Journal
Information on the 2010 World congress in Nairobi, Kenya  
Preparation for the Open Forum and GAD
e-Learning Tools for BLS
      World Congress 2012 and 2016

The Board would like to have active involvement of the Chief Delegates and with this in mind the meetings will offer much opportunity for reciprocal communication between you, other delegates and with the Board and Committees. We welcome your input and ideas and hope we can work together in reaching our goals and objectives.
