IFBLS Board of Directors 2026-2028

The election for the IFBLS Board of Directors 2026–2028 will take place during the General Assembly of Delegates (GAD) in Chiba, Japan, on 27 September 2026. The election will be conducted in person, with ballots cast by officially appointed Chief Delegates present at the GAD.

Candidates

Twelve (12) eligible candidates have been nominated in accordance with the IFBLS By-Laws. The nominations have been reviewed and accepted by the IFBLS Nomination Committee in accordance with the IFBLS By-Laws. Candidate profiles are available below to help IFBLS members learn more about each nominee.


Election Process

Chief Delegates present at the GAD in Chiba, will first elect seven (7) Directors from the twelve candidates.
Following the election of the seven Directors, the President and President-Elect will be elected from among the newly elected Directors.

Voting and Election Results

Ballots will be distributed to officially appointed Chief Delegates attending the GAD. Votes will be counted following the election, and the results will be presented during the GAD.
